The framing is up at 1128 State Street, Erie, PA 16501. The Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership will be moving into this space and then the lower two floors will then be filled by Great Lakes Insurance Services Group LLC as our home office. If you are interested in space we are actively seeking tenants to build space around. Please reach out to us and let us know what kind of square footage you would be interested in!
The next phase will be building a new bank for Citizens Bank to move into on the East corner of 12th & Peach. Ground breaking will start soon and we hope to have that closed in before winter!
